Eun Dana/A possession that is important to me/Mon 9am

I have a very special t-shirt. It is blue and has a round neckline. Because it is made out of cotton, it is very soft and comfortable. This t-shirt is designed by my sister and I. It was January 2011 that I got this t-shirt. My sister lives in the U.S, so it is difficult to see her and be together. So my sister and I went to the t-shirt designing shop to make a t-shirt that would remind us of each other. At the shop, we picked out the color and style of the t-shirt we want. Then we chose the font and the color of the letters that were going to be printed on. On the left top of the front, we wrote 'sisters' and on the back, we wrote our last name 'Eun' in capital letters. The letters are yellow and it looks really cute. Whenever I wear this shrit, it reminds me of my sister and the times we had together. This t-shirt means a lot to me and I am planning to keep it for a long time.

  1. It's NARAE SON. I've read your writing with controlling myself.
because I and my older sister used to be separated few years ago.
It is totally sweet of you.
but anyway, why don't you write T in capital letter when you write T-shirts?
though i don't know the exact usage, it would be easier for reader to see T in your essay, Thanks, It was really sweet! and i like your theme.

  2. I also wrote one of the T-shirt that belonged to me as the possession that is important to me. :-)

This made me easy to feel empathy with you .

I love the way you organized your writing.
You well stated why the T shirt is important to you,
and you give us the sotry related to the T-shirt, which
enables a whole lot more people have empathy.

However, there seems to be an overlall lacked information
    in the writing.

I couldn't get away with the feeling that there's something
    missing in the paragraphs.

I feel less informed, and personally I think this is because
you didn't state the current status of the T-shirt and more
    detalized information on it.

It would have been much better if you put the dates when
you created the T-shirt, because it will let
people know how hold the T-shirt has been.

Also it seems that your source of memory relies on your sister.

Why don't you tell us more about your sister.
Any kind of events are possible.

You could have describe interesting happenings
which made you cherish your sister.

    Thank you

  3. I have a very special T-shirt. It is blue and has a round neckline. Because it is made out of cotton, it is very soft and comfortable. This T-shirt is designed by my sister and I. It was January 2011 that I got this shirt. My sister lives in the U.S, so it is difficult to see her and have time together. After I was finished with the university entrance exam, my family flew to the U.S to see my sister. It was really great to see her back in the states because I could remember the times we had when we were teenagers. While staying, she showed me around her campus, we went shopping together and she took me to her favorite restaurants. It was such a nice time because I could imagine what her life has been like. Then, one day, she asked me if I wanted to make a T-shirt for just the two of us. I thought that was a good idea and agreed with her. So my sister and I went to the T-shirt designing shop to make a T-shirt that would remind us of each other. At the shop, we picked out the color and style of the shirt we want. Then we chose the font and the color of the letters that were going to be printed on. On the left top of the front, we wrote 'sisters' and on the back, we wrote our last name 'Eun' in capital letters. The letters are yellow and it looks really cute. The shirt is stored in my drawer at home and I usually wear this at home because it is very comfortable. Whenever I wear this shirt, it reminds me of my sister and the times we had together. This T-shirt means a lot to me and I am planning to keep it for a long time.
