TV could you live without it?/ Cho yoon jung

TV: Could you live without it? /   Cho yoon jung

Although I watch TV sometimes and quite enjoy watching it, still I think I can live without TV. First, I'm not a big fan of TV so far. Though few TV programs are very entertaining and I like watching them, I have never stopped doing something because of the TV program or for watching TV. Until now, rather than watching TV, I spend most of my free time spending with my friends or family talking or hanging around. The TV program you really enjoyed has been erased within a few weeks, but the memories spend with your beloved people cannot be forgotten. Also, even though there's no TV you can still watch TV programs you like through new other devices such as computer or smart phones. They are more convenient than TV, since I don't have to fit in my time in TV organization chart. Furthermore, unlike the past, there are many things that I can do instead of watching TV, the movies, concerts or plays are everywhere and they are easy to access. For these reasons, I can live without TV without any other discomfort. There are so many things you can do in your life and isn't it too sad if you just spending time watching TV?

  1. Hi! This is Youn Hee. I liked your writing because you're saying that doing another thing or meeting friends are better than watching TV. I think you wanted to say it's not so good to waste time by watching TV. And I didn't catch well when you said 'there are many things that I can do instead of watching TV,'. I think you could put a period instead of a comma and start a new sentence. Then it would have been more easier to undestand. See you at class! :)

  2. Hi! I'm Takgyun! Your paragraph is well organized, insisting on one side. I can see that your point is wasting time by watching TV should be replaced by more meaningful things such as spending time or hanging out with people. I found very similar part in your writing to mine, which is about the timetable of TV. So, I liked "since I don't have to fit in my time in TV organization chart" part. Your writing is well supported! See you soon:)
