Here is some steps that help you buy secondhand goods safely. The first step is to check if a seller is swindler or not. If you know the seller's phone number, look it up on the site like "The cheat". You can find out if that person did cheat or not through this step. Next step is to avoid buy secondhand goods which is much cheaper than others. Swindlers often put goods at low price to make people buy on impulse. If you see a cheaper good, try not to buy it. Or, check the seller's credibility carefully using first step. Do not buy it on impulse. Third, use a Escrow Service. Seller can take money only after you click the button, which means you received products. So, you don't have to worry about not receiving what you purchased. But don't click the button before checking the whole products. Some seller send box which includes not products but trash or other things. Click the button after you check inside the box in detail.
