My Mother Started Doing Her Face
I made my mother happy with a special gift for her birthday. My mother usually don't put on make-up and prefer to stay in an unpainted face. She is not doing her face not because she is reluctant to do it but simply because she's not used to. Until now, the time when my younger brother and I are all grown up and goes to a university, she has been more likely to put her time and money on supporting us, trying to give us the best parental care. Considering this, I have always felt sorry for her and really wanted to encourage her to groom herself. After I tried to come up with a great idea to realize this plan, I decided to buy her a wonderful make-up kit. I knew that she preferred simple and basic style in her clothes, and so tried to find cosmetics with a natural hue which may fit her style well. I went to a department store in Myung Dong few days prior to her birthday and looked around the cosmetics section. Then, a nice make-up kit from Estee Lauder caught my eyes. It consisted of several colors of eye shadows, cute and lovely blusher, and a lipstick in a glamorous color. Although it was not very cheap for me but I couldn't help buy it, thinking of my mother doing her face and become a beautiful woman through that. I eventually took it and put it in a white box with a golden ribbon on it. Also, I wrote a gift card for my mom, saying that I really want her to be a beautiful woman herself, not just as a good mother, and have more chances to ritz up. With my present and congratulation card, she was deeply moved, and so started to do her face every morning. These days I am really happy to see my mother putting on make-up and grooming herself.

ReplyDeletefirst, i get to know your present make your mom happy and more beautiful by your topic& concluding sentences. and you also describe your background why you bought that gift well. however i think it will better to add some steps more genera. for example, you can make it by adding time order words like first,next and finally... your writing is detailed, but it should contain more general way how to choose a gift. 'you should have conversation with whom you want to give gift' can be it. also, if you use more advice, necessity and prohibitons express, it can be more clearly. thank you !!
