Because we are university students, we have many opportunities to have presentation in front of many people. in fact many company emphasize on presentation skills : how to present, how to make presentation etc. presentation should be focused on the audience not on oneself. It can represent the subject which presenter wants to introduce in a more visible and understandable way. So it is important to have interesting about it. Then how can we present well? First, you should know well about what the topic is. If you don't recognize the topic well, it must go wrong way. So you should check what the object of that presentation. For example, when you give a topic; a new machine for cleaning, then you should appeal merits of the machine and make the audience feel want to buy it. After, you find information or images which need to make presentation. For this you can use more Google than any other site because Google has the most specific and accurate information. Next, you should type minimum words to explain about topic. If there are too many sentences or words, it can be distracted for audiences. Finally, you prepare the script which is needed to present in front of people. however, Do not try to remember all things. It is better to speak spontaneously than remember, and even sometimes forget it. And you can use pointer when you present in actual. Above all, these things make your presentation better. Your presentation make listeners impressed and I HOPE SO!

ReplyDeleteThe topic of your writing seems 'how to make a presentation well.' I liked your paragraph because you have a good background of the process that you are introducing.
But I think if you make some sentences imperative, it will be more clear for the readers. You can correct the sentences just by dropping 'you' at the beginning of them.

ReplyDeleteYour main topic is the process of presentation. You clarified the order by using the words 'first, after', and so on. Also, you gave us examples of the steps which helped readers to understand better. But as Yeonju said, it would be much better if you make one mood. Some sentences start with 'You', and some sentences do not. It would be better if you make the commonness when you start the sentence. Your first several sentences introduced your topic well but I think the concluding sentence is not restating the first sentence. I suggest that your concluding sentence restate the main topic or topic sentence. Thank you for sharing your paragraph:) See you in class!
