A Special Street

I love the street located two blocks away from home. I walked the street everyday when I was in the middle school because it is on the way to go there. It is a long and curvy path along with a narrow road on the left side. On the right of the path, there is a low mountain called Joengbal. So when I walk it, I can hear both sounds of roaring cars and chirping birds. If lucky, strollers can see chipmunks or badgers swiftly moving through to the small holes of the fence placed on the mountain side. Also, a line of Gingko trees are located along with the street which are particularly beautiful in spring. I feel so lively when I smell the fresh air blowing between the leaves while walking the yellow tinted path. On the way to school, I used to pick up one of the fallen leaves and spin it with my two fingers. They were little wet because of the morning dew, but still soft and vivid colored without any scratch from peoples' footsteps. On the snowy day in winter, the trees were bare, but I liked the feeling of my feet sinking deep into the cool snow. The snow made a crunching sound under my feet, which was a pleasure to hear. I still walk the street from time to time. I find myself much taller than I used to be, but the beautiful street is the same.

I hope that your paragrph to be organized. At first I expected you're going to explain your special street while walking that street. But I can't see that on your paragraph.

But I think you used many descriptive expressions!

    1. I read your comment again and again, but I'm afraid I don't get what you meant. T.T I wrote about the street from the beginning to the end. but why are you saying you cannot find that part?? The only thing that I can guess why you were confused is from misunderstanding of the title 'special street'. I didn't intend to single out one special street among all the streets, but I meant the street is special itself to me. If it doesn't answer what you were curious, please leave a comment under this. Thanks!!

  2. A beautiful street near my house

The street shows different beauty each season. For example, in spring, a line of Gingko trees located along with the street offers a great view. On the other hand, on a snowy day in winter, the trees were bare, but I liked the feeling of my feet sinking deep into the cool snow. The snow made a crunching sound under my feet, which was a pleasure to hear. I still walk the street from time to time. Your writing made me want to visit the street :)
What I liked about your writing is that it has many descriptive expressions. I could imagine what the street might look like very specifically.
The thing that could improve your writing is that adding some transitional words and give some orders (importance, specific) to the sentences. Sometimes it confuses me because you suddenly start a new description of the street.

I like your writing anyway:)good job
