How to sleep well in hot summer night

 

As spring goes by, we can definitely feel the hot summer. Because it's so hot, people are trying to cool them off, and go to the beach. But, we can't make ourselves cool in the night. Why? Because we are sleeping! It's so hard to sleep well in hot summer night for every people in the world. But, if you follow certain steps before going to bed, you can sleep well in hot summer night for sure. The first step is to cool off your body by using a wet towel or ice pack. Especially, you have to cool off your neck, armpit and back of the head. Those are the parts which release a lot of heat from our body. But be careful! If you make your body too cold, it will bring you the opposite effect. Second, make the air conditioner turned on 2 or 3 hours later after you go to sleep. If you promote a pleasant room for 2 or 3 hours after you fall into a sleep, it is possible to have a deep and good sleep. So, don't turn on your air conditioner before you go into bed. Make it work after you get to sleep. Finally, if you can't go to sleep in 30 minutes after lying down on your bed, just get up! Instead of tossing and turning all night in your bed, just get out and do other things like reading a book or taking a shower. It is much helpful to you because it makes you easy to go to sleep, and it doesn't make your body tired. In conclusion, if you follow these steps, you can fall into sleep more easily, and get a full-night's sleep in hot summer night. You don't have to feel pain because of hot weather. Take these steps in your mind and sleep tight!

    As spring goes by, we can definitely feel the hot weather. Because it’s so hot, people are trying to cool them off. Then what do you do to cool yourself in summer? Well, maybe you can go to the beach or just swim in the swimming pool. But, actually, we can’t do those things while we are sleeping. So, it’s really hard to sleep well in hot summer night for every person. But, if you follow certain steps before going to bed, you can sleep well for sure. The first step is to cool off your body by using a wet towel or ice pack. Especially, you have to cool off your neck, armpit and back of the head. Those are the parts which release a lot of heat from your body. So, if you follow this way, you can make yourself cool more easily. But be careful! If you make your body too cold, it will bring you the opposite effect which means that you will have a trouble to get to sleep.
